How do mail orders work?
The Healing Tree recognizes that medical cannabis is not widely and easily available to all patients. As such, we have introduced a mail order medical marijuana program for those in need who are not able to travel to our stores. Available across Canada, members are eligible to shop online at any time. Simple browse online, fill out a mail order form, and wait for email confirmation and payment instructions from The Healing Tree. It’s that easy!
Who can use this mail order program?
The Healing Tree’s medical marijuana mail order program is available to all members. To apply to become a member, visit our membership application page and or download the application package below.
How do I start?
Place your order online via The Healing Tree’s mail order forms and we will respond to you immediately with a confirmation of your order, including further instructions while we calculate the cost of shipping and confirm the final total. There is an approximate charge of $25 for a small order and a $50 charge for larger orders.
How do I pay?
e-Transfer payments for orders from our 529 East Hastings menu can be sent to:

How is my order shipped?
The order will be shipped by Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided to allow for customers to track their package as it makes its way to the shipping address indicated. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed by the mail order coordinator.
